This week on The Biggest Loser on NBC, we saw two shocking eliminations and even more shocking was that Brendan Donovan fell below the red line despite that most of us thought he would be in the finale. In a post elimination interview, Brendan talks about his time on the show as well as how it feels to be deemed the villain of the season. Keep reading for more details!
It was no secret that The Biggest Loser’s Brendan Donovan was the biggest game player on the ranch this season, thus earning him the title of the season 10 villain by many viewers. In a post elimination interview Brendan shares his thoughts as he says “I went there to change my life and as soon as I got there I did the things I needed to do to prolong my stay. But I did a lot of good too – I gave money to Warriors in Pink, I helped Patrick win a car, I gave letters from home away. People see your true colors after a while, a true villain wouldn’t give their money away.”
Brendan, who is continuing his successful weight loss journey at home, goes on to advise for anyone wanting to lose weight “We worked out for eight to 10 hours a day on the ranch, but only an hour or two is really intense, if you watch the guys who stayed around the longest they walk all day, all morning and all night. If you want to do it at home, just walk.” So who does Brendan think will win The Biggest Loser season 10? He thinks it will be either Patrick or Frado – not to count out Ada, but she is almost at her goal weight.
